As we approach this year’s conference, Dr. Speicher shares what he’s looking forward to and which topics he thinks will be top of mind as we navigate the ever-changing healthcare landscape.

What about this year’s AVBCC Summit are you most excited about?

“AVBCC is one of the few forums that brings together providers, payors, technologists, and life sciences leaders for a truly cross-stakeholder dialogue. That kind of exchange is essential as we navigate complex changes in oncology and healthcare more broadly. I’m looking forward to the thoughtful conversations that this Summit always sparks.

What topics do you expect to be top of mind?

“AI changes in the healthcare market are the two big conversation starters right now, and I think that will be the case for the foreseeable future. I’m particularly interested in how AI is evolving within clinical workflows and what that means for both regulatory frameworks and patient care. It’s a rapidly shifting space, and AVBCC is a great forum to explore where these changes might lead.”

With all that’s going on in the world, how do you think AVBCC 2025 will land in October?

“AVBCC’s timing during the fall conference season makes it a natural moment to step back, take stock of where we are, and exchange ideas with colleagues across the field. While the global environment continues to evolve, I expect the conversations at AVBCC to reflect the latest developments – with the same thoughtfulness and energy the event is known for each year.”

Be sure to join us this October 22 – 24, 2025 at the New York Athletic Club for #AVBCC2025. Request your invitation: https://bit.ly/4bQpidk
